I have been involved with fitness for over half my life (15 years) and have been training clients for 8 years. I truly believe that we all can achieve greatness with proper guidance and execution. Fitness has positively changed my life and it’s my personal mission to enlighten others who are interested in improving their health. My certifications are NASM CPT, NASM CES as well as NASM PES. I create programs tailored to clients that assist them in achieving their goals in the most efficient, healthiest manner. I love clients who are motivated and excited about starting a new exercise program and who are ready to transform their life. I don’t believe in screaming in people’s faces and being that “tough guy” trainer, but rather motivate clients through encouragement. I focus on body transformation whether that is weight loss or gaining muscle, or simply just maintaining a healthy body composition.
